Started P/R Mortgage & Investment Corp. (P/RMIC) in August 1990. The firm was created to originate and service multifamily rental housing loans through agency programs. P/RMIC is a Freddie Mac Program Plus lender, a Fannie Mae Prior Approval lender, a FHA MAP Lender, a GNMA MBS issuer, and a Rural Housing Lender.

Formerly the Executive Vice President of Merchants Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of Merchants National Corporation.
From 1983 - 1990, was the executive responsible for the commercial real estate finance division of MMC. During this period, led MMC's specialization into multifamily housing finance by obtaining program approvals with Freddie Mac (FHLMC), FNMA - Prior Approval, FHA Coinsurance, and FNMA Delegated Underwriting and Servicing. Arranged the first Freddie Mac multifamily loan in the State of Indiana in 1980.
