Ms. Clingan joined P/R Mortgage & Investment Corporation in 2001 as a commercial loan processor. In this role, Ms. Clingan is responsible for all aspects of loan processing to include the creation and management of loan application packages, credit reporting, the monitoring of third party report completion and financial spreadsheet creation.

Before joining P/R Mortgage, Ms. Clingan served in several roles of residential and commercial real estate loan administration with National City Bank.

A registered Notary Public, Ms. Clingan spends her free time cheering for the Indianapolis Colts as a member of the Blue Crew and spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as her other friends and family.
