Ms. Cuellar has been with our asset servicing department as an investor reporting specialist since 2001. Her responsibilities include all accounting and reconciliation of funds that flow through the department, the transferring of monies to appropriate investor required bank accounts and the corresponding investor reporting and regulatory requirements. She is also the firm’s primary software liaison and, as such, writes department reports and sets up and reviews each new loan.

In addition to her over 25 years of mortgage servicing experience, Ms. Cuellar attended Chapman University in Orange, California where she graduated magna cum laude in business administration. She has additionally successfully completed several mortgage software conferences and training courses.

In her spare time, Ms. Cuellar sponsors and corresponds with underprivileged children throughout the world and serves as a volunteer for the Bethany House of East 91st Street Christian Church. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Ron and daughter Amanda.
