PhotoMr. Dury joined P/R Mortgage & Investment Corporation as a real estate investment officer in 2007 after graduating from The University of Notre Dame. At Notre Dame, apart from his studies, Mr. Dury served as captain of the varsity baseball team and took part in numerous community service organizations. Mr. Dury is currently enrolled in the Indiana Kelley School of Business Evening MBA Program and a member of the University of Notre Dame Monogram Club.

In his current position, Mr. Dury specializes in the origination of numerous multifamily rental and health care housing finance programs. These insured programs are offered by FHA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae and the Rural Housing Service.

Since joining P/R, Mr. Dury has successfully completed a number of courses offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association’s CampusMBA program to include Commercial Real Estate Finance, Commercial Loan Origination, Commercial Loan Underwriting and Income Property Valuation.

In his spare time Mr. Dury enjoys coaching 8th grade baseball and basketball at St. Pius X grade school and is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit baseball organization, “Pony Express”.
