Mr. Hines is a HUD MAP approved underwriter. A graduate with Highest Distinction from the Indiana University School of Business, Mr. Hines has structured over one billion dollars in commercial real estate financing over his career. Prior to joining P/R Mortgage, Mr. Hines was a senior originator/underwriter for a Midwest-based financial services company, where he was responsible for the origination and underwriting of permanent and construction/permanent commercial real estate loans throughout the continental United States. He has also been involved in the acquisition/syndication of a variety of commercial real estate projects as a general partner or principal.
Mr. Hines has been involved in a number of professional and civic organizations, including United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and Sertoma International.
