Mr. Kaercher joined P/R Mortgage & Investment Corporation as an Underwriter / Analyst in April 2011. He graduated from The University of Dayton in 2009 with an Operations Management Major and Finance Minor in the School of Business. While at school he spent his spare time growing two organization as President of the OPS Student Association and Co-Director of retreat programs. Mr. Kaercher is currently an MBA candidate with the Kelley School of Business Evening Program, where he hopes to earn his MBA in Finance from IU by December 2013.
As an Underwriter / Analyst, Mr. Kaercher specializes in analyzing the conformance of proposed loans to offered programs including FHA, Fannie Mae, IHCDA, USDA and the Rural Housing Service. Additionally, Mr. Kaercher analyzes and presents the viability of borrower REO portfolios as required.
In his spare time, Mr. Kaercher enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Julia and daughter Reagan.
