Ms. Martin has served in the role of portfolio manager with P/R Mortgage since her joining the organization in 2001. In this role, Ms. Martin is responsible for the funding, delivery and servicing of nearly 100 project loans within the P/R portfolio. Before joining P/R, Ms. Martin served as a client support manager with The National Bank of Indianapolis and as a business loan specialist with First Indiana Bank.

At P/R, Ms. Martin is responsible for all aspects of client service to include payment of real estate taxes, property insurance and disbursements from reserves for repair and replacement. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining compliance for projects’ UCC filings and lender requirements.

In her spare time, Ms. Martin enjoys spending time with her husband, Saban and her children and grandchildren.
