Ms. Small has been with the P/R Mortgage team since 2005 when she was hired to serve as a Commercial Loan Processor. In 2012, Ms. Small was promoted to Commercial Loan Underwriter & Processing Manager. As an Underwriter, Ms. Small is responsible for the review of all in-house and third party reports and is required to make a determination as to whether each proposed loan represents an acceptable risk and is economically sound. As a Processing Manager, Ms. Small is responsible for the management, development, and implementation of policies and procedures for the daily operation of the processing department which include the administration of loan applications and firm commitments, closings, the maintenance of internal forms, and client billing.

Ms. Small is currently enrolled in the FHA Multifamily Underwriting Training Program offered through the Mortgage Bankers Association's CampusMBA program. Ms. Small holds an Associate's degree in Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Ms. Small and her husband, Alex live in Indianapolis with their son. In their spare time, they are active Servants of One Body Ministries, Inc., a local church that performs many community services including outreaches for homeless and the elderly.
