Ms. Small has served as a commercial loan processor with P/R Mortgage & Investment Corporation since her hire in 2005. In this role, Ms. Small is responsible for all facets of loan processing to include form creation and completion, client communication, credit and debt verification as well as overseeing third party reporting accuracy and timeliness.

Before joining the P/R team, Ms. Small served as loan processor and sales assistant with First Indiana Bank’s loan origination department. She also completed a number of BAI education courses in general business and consumer finance during her tenure there.

Ms. Small and her husband, Alex live in Indianapolis with their son, Jackson. She is currently a student at Indiana Wesleyan University, pursuing her bachelor’s degree in accounting. In her spare time, Ms. Small donates her time to One Body Ministries, Inc., a church youth group that performs many community services including outreaches to homeless and other disadvantaged individuals.
