Mr. Spahn serves as a real estate investment officer with P/R Mortgage & Investment Corporation since his joining the organization in 2007. He specializes in the origination of the wide variety of multifamily financing programs available at P/R. These programs include, but are not limited to insured financings by FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and RHS.

He is a recent graduate of Indiana University where he earned his degree and certificate in business foundations from the Kelley School of Business. Since his hire, he has completed several multifamily real estate finance education courses offered by the Mortgage Bankers Association.

In his spare time, Mr. Spahn enjoys playing golf, supporting IU and Indianapolis sports programs and spending time with his friends and family.
