Mr. Watson was hired as a Commercial Underwriter after his graduation from Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business in May 2009. While at IU, Mr. Watson majored in Real Estate/Finance and received a minor in Spanish. He was also a very active member of his fraternity where he served in several elected positions.

Since joining P/R, Mr. Watson has assisted in the underwriting of numerous multifamily and health care housing financing programs and looks forward to begin classes through the Mortgage Bankers Association's CampusMBA program.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys supporting the Indiana Hoosiers and Indianapolis Colts, traveling when he can, and spending time with his friends and family.
