Mr. Winters joined P/R Mortgage & Investment Corp., as a portfolio manager in March of 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he served nearly 12 years as the Default Administrator at 40/86 Mortgage Capital, formerly known as Conseco Mortgage Capital. Additionally, he served 5 years as a supervisor, in Default Administration, at Banc One Mortgage.

At P/R Mortgage, Mr. Winters is responsible for all servicing for a portfolio of approximately 70 insured multifamily loans. Additionally, he performs annual property inspections on an assigned group of insured properties with FHLMC, FHMA and RHS.

In his spare time, Mr. Winters enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling around the country on his Harley Davidson.
